Again  This is related to my other post

Is there any way I view a face of a 3d component , I had to rotate it then wanted it back so I could view the top face , but its slightly off, how can I view the top face square on

I am sorry I do have the big book in front of me ,, but a chocolate teapot might be more help

Have you tried multiple viewports in paper space?  Change UCSFOLLOW to 0 once you have rotated each viewport as you like it.

yes I am afraid I have its getting the model square that the prob
ie so I look straight down on a face

is there a view on face command?? I am loathed to redraw this drawing but there are so many odd things it might save time!! to do so

On your "ucs" toolbar, there is a "face ucs" button (6th button over in ACAD 2K).  You might also want to try "3 point ucs" (10th button over).  After setting the ucs, use the "plan" command and hit enter.

Thank you ,it was the Ucs worked fine also cured the disappearing view of mensioned in the last post ..Thank you
