Is it possible to omit rectangles and slots in Hole Tables?

RE: Rectangles in Hole Tables

To select the holes for the table, I assume you picked the face which has the holes in it? If so, the only way I know, is to delete the row in the table which references the rectangular hole. (RMB a cell in that row > Delete > Row)

If you select the holes individually, obviously you can omit the rectangle (loop) & it will not show in the table. This is OK for small quantities of holes, but would be a pain if there were many.

Anyone else know of other ways?
