Leonard,

First, I could not find WWW-T-700 on the government standard website (http://assist1.daps.dla.mil/quicksearch/).  You will need to order SAE AMS 4086 either from Global or from SAE.

Second, the following distributors supply 2024-T3 Al tubing that meets SAE AMS 4086:

http://www.futuremetals.com/index.htm

http://www.principalmetals.com/prime/result.asp?Family=...

http://www.diversifiedmetals.net/products/aluminum.htm

I am not sure who manufactures this tubing.  I tried Alcoa, but they only seem to do 6xxx series as standard.  Kaiser probably makes this out of the Chandler, AZ facility.
