corrosion by CO2

(OP)
Does anyone knows what kind of material could be used, in a centrifugal compressor casing/impeller, working with natural gas, in presence of CO2, in order to avoid corrosion caused by CO2.

RE: corrosion by CO2

The gas companies - Air Products, Air Liquide, etc. - have very comprehensive info available on their web sites about compatibility of various materials with gases.  Take a look.

RE: corrosion by CO2

Is this processed (dry) gas or raw gas?  What are the percentages of water and CO2?
