Close-out report on Basic Engineering of Oil&gas Flowstations upgrade

(OP)
I have being mandated to prepare a close-out report on Basic Engineering of Three Flowsations' upgrade Project for my discipline - Process Engineering. I want an input on how to go about it and the necessary areas to include as regard the Project.

RE: Close-out report on Basic Engineering of Oil&gas Flowstations upgrade

What have you done?  -  Write it down, that is a close out report

You should include lessons learnt, on time, on budget, contractor performance, your performance, results of commissioning etc.  Surley your superiors and/or colleagues can assist.

As part of the project close out you should AS BUILD all drawings and datasheets etc.
