Show/Hide in 2004

Show/Hide in 2004

(OP)
When you hide a part in a large assy and want to later on go back and show it, does anyone know how to do this easily? I wind up digging through till I find it. Would anyone have a macro that would show all hidden parts??

RE: Show/Hide in 2004

You could create a "temp or working" configuration before you begin hiding parts. Then you can go back to your original configuration at any time and all the parts will be visible.

RE: Show/Hide in 2004

Select the top most member of the feature tree (it will be the assembly name that you are working in).  The got to Edit/Show with Dependents/This Configuration.  This will "Show All" components.

There's also a visibility macro that you may be interested in at:

...but it costs $10.
