Stiffness matrix for bearings

Stiffness matrix for bearings

Stiffness matrix for bearings

Hello.

I'm looking for the stifness matrix (5x5) of the 6014 and the 1014 bearings.
Even the load deflection curve for these bearings would be useful.
Please, could you help me?

Thank you!

RE: Stiffness matrix for bearings

Hello,
Do you need the experimental stiffness matrix or simulated ?

Experimental would be great :)

RE: Stiffness matrix for bearings

For experimental stiffness matrix: This thesis can be referred. But this thesis contain the experimentation for bearings : 7309,31309, and 6309. This experimental work was carried out in SKF, where data for other bearings can be found.

Dietl, P. Damping and Stiffness Characteristics of Rolling Element Bearings,Theory and Experiments. PhD Thesis, Mechanical Engineering, Technical
University of Vienna, 1997.

For simulated stiffness matrix: I can generate from my own code.

Stiffness matrix can be generated for dry contact ball bearings whereas both stiffness and damping matrices for lubricated ball bearings.

Your code is adequate to generate the stiffness matrix of the 6014 ball bearing?
