(OP)
I'm looking for plastics that are exremely wear and abrasion resistant at 220 F. They need to processed into tube sections that are 12 inches long, with 7.75 inch OD, .325 inch wall. Continuous sections can be cut into shorter lengths. Thanks.

RE: High Wear and Abrasion Resistant Plastic at 220 F

Graphite and molly filled nylon 6.6, nylon 4.6, Carbon fibre filled nylon6.6, aramid fibre filled nylon 6.6, bronze filled nylon 12, and PTFE are all candiates.

Many of these can be obtained from DSM, LNP, RTP or Duromer Products.

I am comercially involved in one of these companies, and as this is a non comercial forum, you would need to contact me directly on pprimmer@acay.com.au if you want more comercial info or discussion

What sort of wear are you talking about?

Check out IGUS, they make a wide selection of plastic
"bearings" for machine tools etc.
