Shear walls at wood 2-story house in zone 4

(OP)
HOW can I transfer shear force from a wall at second floor to a non colinear wall at first floor? some walls at first floor are more than 4 feet off the shear walls above.
Also if I used simpson strong wall at first floor garage wall, what R value will be used for the other shear walls at the same direction?

RE: Shear walls at wood 2-story house in zone 4

Transfer the shear through the diaphragm.

Ditto
