(OP)
I am looking for the minimum bend radius of Stainless 305.  Sheet thickness is .008".  I want to do ~200 degree bend.

Does anyone have a formula?  I was looking in the Machinery Handbook but couldn't find it.

Thanks in advance.

Josh

RE: Minimum bend radius of Stainless Steel

weirdo: I think this is what your looking for
Sheet metal bend allowance:
 (.0078T + .0174R) X No of degrees
