Hi Joe,
How much wattage will the speaker take, it should be labeled on the back of the speaker?  What is the device thats driving the speaker and whats the voltage to the device? Also there may be a current limiting resistor on the output device. You need to include more info for us to help.

Dear Joserois,
You can find more power speaker or you can use Amplifier .
What is your problem? How type speaker do you use?

Is it a coil type speaker or piezo.  We had a product that used a piezo and the board had a pot that adjusted the frequency for the resonance of the transducer.  This made it quite loud but the products started failing in about a year.  No only did the engineer operate it at over the rated voltage but he tuned it to resonance. Using a microscope it was easy to see the crystaline structure of the wire on the piezo where it fractured.  Changing the frequency can increase the efficiency if you don't have the space for a cone.
