Rounding Problem AKA UG - Multiple personality disorder.

Rounding Problem AKA UG - Multiple personality disorder.

I've run into a strange issue on several of my drawings.

In one drawing I have 2 dimensions referencing the same part geometry in separate views in my drawing. I was just trying to show the dimension in a better location but now the dimension is changing.

I was wondering if anyone else has seen this problem. It has nothing to do with the Other post regarding UG rounding to even value digits. the dimension .315 gets rounded up to .32 in one view and down to .31 in another. I was wondering if there is a reason for this or if I'll have to change my part dim to .3150000005 to overcome any dim value accuracy error.

RE: Rounding Problem AKA UG - Multiple personality disorder.

Is the view projection true in the view showing the dimension rounded down?

Just the slightest angle and the dimension projection could be shorter than the actual length.

It's a Straight Orthographic Projection and none of the views are Rotated from state at creation.

I just tested the dims in both views with parallel dimensions using intersection points and have the same issue.
