(OP)
I have installed acad r12 on a win xp machine when I try to start the program I get a divide by zero or over run error. Has anyone gotten r12 to run on win xp? I really need to get this running and don't have a newer release available to me right now. Any help would be greatly apprieciated. I have tried running it as a win95 file.

RE: acad r12 on win xp

Windows XP has a utility that allows you to install programs in previous versions. 95/98 2000 ect.
you might try reinstalling this way.
Autodesk will tell you dont run AutoCad with XP Home edition.
