SW Material Library Physical Property units

(OP)
Hi Everyone,

We just got around to loading SW04 this past week and I'm running into some behavior with the material library editor that's just plain p***ing me off right now.  It seems that I can only input physical properties (used in FEA) for a custom material in metric units.  According to the help file though, the document unit selection should drive the values input into the database entry.

Has anyone run into this or am I just being a dumb ass and missing something obvious.

Thanks,

RE: SW Material Library Physical Property units

Chris, we are having the same issue...if I find it I'll let you know. I have SW04 SP2.1.

RE: SW Material Library Physical Property units

RawheadRex,
There is no fix for this right now, nor anytime soon. I even put in an enhancement request and heard nothing back. I think the only work around is to use the "Tick" software he has developed and going under some modifications as we speak.

I fell your pain!

Macduff
