Brushless DC motor for low-speed application ?

Brushless DC motor for low-speed application ?

(OP)
Hello all !

For a research project I working on, I need to develop an application with a constant and low speed (~30 rpm) circular motion. Vibration is also a big concern for us.

From what I have read until now, it seems that a brushless DC motor is the best solution ...
Do you agree ?? Any advice or feedback is welcome !

Thanks !

Ced

RE: Brushless DC motor for low-speed application ?

Suggestion: Please, post more technical information, e.g. HP, duty, etc.

RE: Brushless DC motor for low-speed application ?

For low speed with higher smootness maybe suggested AC brushless motor with sin commutation.

best rgs,
Leonid
