Grounding 4,15 or 34.5 kV metal clad switchgear for field maintenance

(OP)
I am working on specifying 34.5 kV indoor metal clad switchgear.  I was wondering if any one knows before field personal work on the breaker what is grounded. I know that some metal clad switchgear have grounded metal shutters that seperate the stabs of the circuit breaker from the bus and feeder duct. But what other grounding is done.

Suggestion:
1. Reference is IEEE Std 1246-2002 Guide for Temporary Protective Grounding Systems Used in Substations

Does this Standard refer to indoor metal clad switchgear.
