metallic double-cone gasket

metallic double-cone gasket

(OP)
I’m in the process of making a setting procedure for a heavy double-cone gasket situated in a vertical combined steam generator/synthesis heat exchanger. Temp 350 C, pressure 320 bar, sealing diameter 1400mm. The gasket has taken some inappropriate handling during the years and may have to bee repaired/redesigned in the future.
Do anybody have some experience with this type of gasket regarding setting force, max contact pressure, min. sealing ratio, clearance between gasket and supporting ring. Is there any calculating program or model available?
