What are the key process? Does anyone have examples of mapping process? Or what QMS manual should look like per TS requirements

RE: Need help in ISO/TS16949 Process Mapping

You're thinking too much in the box.  TS/ISO does not specify what your QMS should be or how it should look.  Most people pretty much follow the outline of the standard and fill in the specifics for your process.  This is YOUR QMS and you should design it for how your company will best use it.

The key processes are totally dependent on your plant.  Just walk through the material flow of your plant and write down what happens at each step.  Put it all together and there is your process map.  Now just clean it up a bit for the auditor and make it look nice.
