Don't know what I did or what to do.  All of a suddend my model is transparent (somewhat like a wireframe).  I've pused all the screen buttons even gone out of model and back in  no help.

What do you mean by "transparent (somewhat like a wireframe)."
I assume it appears to have some colouring to it & also that by "screen buttons" you mean the View Toolbar icons. If so, RMB on the part & click Properties > Advanced and check your Transparency settings. I don't know how or why it would suddenly change, but it's worth a look.

RE: Gone transparent

I sounds like you are working on an assy.  If so are you editing one of your parts?  That will make the rest of your model appear transparent.

RE: Gone transparent

If your in an assembly and your editing a part, there is an option the Tools\Options\System options\Display/Selection - Look under "Assembly transparency for incontext edit" If you change that "Opaque assembly" your parts won't go transparent.

I inadvertantly entered edit mode on one of the parts in my Assy.  What's an easy way to get out of that.
