cosmos compatibility with acad 2004

(OP)
One of the engineers here at my work uses cosmos 4 for analysis on model created in autocad 2004. We have noticed that when you create a sat file in acad 2004 cosmos imports the file but converts it to mm (ex. cube drawn with 25.4in sides is imported and shows 1in sides.) We recently upgraded to 2004 from 2000 and 2002 and never noticed this problem. In the previous versions when you brought the file into cosmos it would ask you what units you wanted to designate to the model. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

RE: cosmos compatibility with acad 2004

You should check your default unit system.  Go to Tools > Options and in the Units tab you can check that what units you have listed.  This may solve your problem.

If not, you can call COSMOS tech support and they should be able to help you out.
