(OP)
what is the main application or purpose of using inner ducts (ducts inside of ducts)? wire pulling, isolation??
thanks

RE: inner ducts

yup, both. It allows pulling different cables while minimizing risk of damage to existing cables. Most commonly used for communication cabling.

Suggestion: Visit

for:
1. Clifford of Vermont now has the new, plenum-rated MaxCell inner duct available
2. MaxCell provides many key advantages over traditional inner duct.
3. MaxCell can triple the capacity in a conduit. It minimizes the cost of construction of congested building cable networks and is easier to install due to fabric flexibility in difficult building cable network systems.
