I am sure someone somewhere has done FE analysis for determining SCFs for the threads. Where can I find the information? please

Consider using the ASME B31 stress intensification factor for threaded pipe.  This SIF is multiplied times the stress calculated based on the nominal pipe dimensions.  Note that if you are comparing the stress to a typical fatigue curve, rather than the B31 Code allowables, you need to also multiply it by a factor of two because of a difference in stress basis.
