Activated carbon filter

(OP)
I have a 15 mc tank containing isopropanol. I want to calculate the concentration of solvent in the vapours that I send to the activated carbon filter (to dimension the filter). I suppose a temperature of 30°C. On the to of the tank will be mounted a relief valve (25 mbar open pressure, -10 mbar for inlet of N2 when discharging the tank). I must treat the vapours during tha charge of the tanks (with a pump 20 mc/h) and for evaporation of solvent due to temperature. Many thanks for the help!
