Automated bolt thread gaging.

(OP)
As part of an assembly we will supply a mounting plate with three bolts sticking out.

The quality manager wants to verify every threaded bolt on every part since he has had too many discussions with the customer over crossthreadding and damaged thread issues.

Is there a system or means of being able to automatically verify these threads.  I have to be able to check all three bolts inside of 15 seconds.  We want to do this as a check just before the part is placed into the dunnage to be shipped.

Any useful information would be appreciated.
