I have had interested mainly in Pervaporation, but in a second stage of this work I can try to do something targeting Reverse Osmosis.
Please, let me know your opinion about this....What kind of polymer is the most usual in Comercial Scale (FOOD)? PDMS? What is your opinion about the main challenge?? is it possible to simulate separation process??

 Remarks:
5 to 8 key aroma compounds must be separated.

Thanks in advance,
