Miniature Steam Generator Required

Miniature Steam Generator Required

Miniature Steam Generator Required

(OP)
Hi,

I'm trying to source a miniature steam generator (~2kW)for a medical application.  I required steam at around 3 barg and the boiler must be capable of running continuously over extended peroids of time.  The closest I have come so far to finding a unit is stripped down coffee makers and a Karcher steam cleaner. Both are fine for prototyping but I have doubts about long term reliability as they are only domestic appliances.

RE: Miniature Steam Generator Required

Hi JMOwen,
you should be able to find this boiler with equipment suppliers for dry cleaning and laundry shops.
Good luck

RE: Miniature Steam Generator Required

Go to www.graham-mfg.com, and look for their "clean steam" generator product, and see if this is what you are looking for.  Hope this helps.

RE: Miniature Steam Generator Required

Sussman Electric Boilers makes a small steam generator (smallest is 3KW).  These are industrial grade and in my experience last a long time.

look at:

RE: Miniature Steam Generator Required

I can get you a 120-1.65kw and a 208-3kw & 240-4kw
the prices at 1,250 and 1500, continous duty all automatic certified units.
