Youngs Laminar Body

Youngs Laminar Body

Youngs Laminar Body

(OP)
Hi everybody,

In his excellent book "Model Aircraft Aerodynamics", Martin Simons mentions a family of so-called laminar bodies designed by Young. I have searched the web for further information regarding these bodies, but haven't been able to find anything.

Is there someone out there who can help me? URLs, books, papers - anything would be helpful.

Kind regards,

Søren Flening

RE: Youngs Laminar Body

On checking-  the Amazon address (copied and pasted!) doesn't work :(.
Search Amazon for  books titled

"Boundary Layers"
and
"Progress in Aerospace Sciences, Part 1, 1985
by A.D. Young (Editor)" and others in this series.

PS. Previously I have had good experiences searching Amazon but with this search I realize that Amazon's search engine isn't all that great - searching using "books by the same author" will not produce all books by that author ! ! ? ?
