Audits

Audits

(OP)
Hello everbody,

I have a small engineering company and in the following days we are going to be audited for

a)Services Realization Management - in context of Purchase Orders requirements

b)Gap Analysis to ISO 9001:2000 of the Management System

I don't know exactly what the auditor will be after. Can somebody clear my views please.

Thanks in anticipation

RE: Audits

Quite frankly, if you have created your quality management system with ISO 9001:2000 in front of you and in your mind, you should have some idea what to expect.  Every auditor is different and some will focus very heavily on some things that other auditors will just glance at.  If you are doing a gap analysis, you're not doing the "big one" audit so you can relax.  Your gap assessment will tell you where you are weak and what you need to spend more effort on before your registration audit.  Good luck!
