For an application I was looking into using ZILOG's
later Z80 derivatives but I gave it up when I found out
that their tech-support is practically non-functional
and their WEB-site is disorganized.

Anyone knows similar or equivalent w/ 64+K flash ?

What were you looking for in the Zilog family.  I just completed a design with the Z8Encore, the full blown model with 80 pins.  All the features seem to work nicely so far.  Their free compiler sometimes sicks, but what can you expect from a free product.  They do upgrade it regularly.  I got good support from their tech team.  What was your issue?
Do you know there's a forum on yahoo about the Z8encore?
