(OP)
Is there a setting to save your history tree expansion so that when you open your part every day, you don't have to re-expand the tree? The tree colapses every time I close and then re-open it.

I don't want to see all of my sketches expanded so I don't want to expand all every time. That takes up too much space. I want to be able to expand the tree in certain areas and not have to search for the area the next time I open the part.

One reason that I want to do this is to look at features that I have deactivated. If I can't save the tree expansion, maybe there is an easy way to search the tree for all deactivated features. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Sheryl

RE: save history tree expansion

There is no way that I can find to do what you are wanting to do.
You could however do this through a CATScript.
Basically you need to get the product collection and then
go through each item in that collection and check the activity state of that part or what ever attribute you want to look for and then place the ones that return false into a selection which will hilite them for you.
