Typical heat output from washers and dryers?

(OP)
Anyone have a good rule of thumb for this type of equipment?  ASHRAE seems to focus on kitchen appliances and office equipment, nothing for laundry appliances.

RE: Typical heat output from washers and dryers?

Dryer - 4856 Watts
Washer - 512 Watts

RE: Typical heat output from washers and dryers?

I assume pmover's numbers are the energy draw.  You may have to do a little more digging to find the heat dissipated in the room, since much of the dryer heat is vented to the exterior and hot water is drained away.
