Our company provides services in the field of hydro power in Canada. I am looking into getting standards for our company. What standards would we need other than IEEE All Inclusive Power And Energy Standards?

RE: Standards required in Canada

CSA governs the manufacture of electrical equipment in Canada, so if quipement is to be sold in Canada it is to be built to CSA code, and CSA approved.  (Other agencies are licensed to provide CSA approvals, including UL which has a cUL designation for Canada)  NEMA and ANSI are also often quoted by users.  We use mainly all the same standards as the US with CSA being the main requirement.

For providing field service:

Also if your performing service in Canada you'll have to adhere to the relevant Health & Safety regulations.
