Reactor gland assembly for cynaide plants

(OP)
Please could someone shed some light as to the present design of the gland assembly for reactors. Present problems faced with are: The electrodes that pass through the assembly into the reactor seems to fail. Presently  it seems to be occuring on one of the assemblies out of six electrodes. Has anyone seen the assembly that I am talking about? Can someone suggest some sites or information related to the different types of glands that are present in plants around the world??

Thanking you
