What is TI 27M4BC?

What is TI 27M4BC?

What is TI 27M4BC?

(OP)
Hello,

I'm hoping that someone can tell
me what the following part is.

The markings on this 14 pin
SOIC are as follows;

TI731BN
27M4BC

I've called TI and they say it's
not one of their part numbers.

However I've found these parts for
sale by a couple of brokers as
TI parts.

It's not an opamp, I checked one
to see if it was a TLC series part.

Best regards,
csharp

RE: What is TI 27M4BC?

Are you sure?

TLC27M4 is listed on the TI website as a quad precision op amp, although the package code should be BCD for a commercial grade 2mV offset in a small outline package:

Hello,

I'm sure it's not an opamp.  I hooked
one up as a buffer and did an AC test,
no joy.

Best regards,
csharp
