Working with a sheet metal folding machine that folds a part on average every 35 seconds. The problum is how to stack palletise and move product out of the way after dark with no opperator. some way to move pallets into postion fill them and move them out, stack and load more pallets. any imput would be helpfull.

RE: 24-7 sheet metal folder

usaidit,

You might want to check out a palletizing robot cell.  ABB makes a standard cell that will load pallets with whatever you set up your end effector to grab.  It will then monitor when the pallet is full and convey it out of the work cell and place a fresh pallet in position to load.  If you need a contact I have a friend who works in sales for an ABB integrator.

RE: 24-7 sheet metal folder

usaidit,

ABB Asea Brown Boveri Ltd.  They are a huge multinational corporation involved in various industrial sectors (power, controls/automation, robotics, etc).  Their website is www.abb.com

They have an extensive network of distributors, systems integrators and value added service providers.
