RE: Building A spectrum analyzer

There was a software package called 'CoolEdit' which was capable of a lot of digital audio processing, including spectrum analysis. I looked this up and found that the ADOBE organisation has bought out the company - have a look at http://www.adobe.com/store/products/master.jhtml?id=cat....
The cost is about $300

If you do a Google search for spectrum analyser + audio you will find some freeware/shareware programmes as well, for example http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/programs/HpW_Spectrum_Analy...
