High pressure adhesive/sealant recommendations

High pressure adhesive/sealant recommendations

(OP)
I have an application where I need to bond two small 7075 Aluminum housings together (permanently); the bonded assembly must withstand ~2500 psi and ~300 degrees F with no pressure bleed-though into the small interior cavity.

Any suggestions on how best to accomplish this?

Thanks,

Mike

RE: High pressure adhesive/sealant recommendations

Have you considered buring "o" rings" (c/w grooves) in the sealing system?

I have considered o-rings, but implementation would be difficult at best due to outside envelope and interior volume requirements.  Another option I am currently exploring is a material change to 6061 and a post assembly welding operation (laser or EB).
