Need advice on EPOXY BASED or MOISTURE CURED POLYURETHANE based product to bond a 4 ft underground concrete box floor with the top half of a Polyethylene fresh water tank.  An all-weather adhesive is needed, BUT HERE'S THE CHALLENGE:  It MUST withstand the UPWARD HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE OF A HIGH GROUND WATER TABLE OUTSIDE THE CONCRETE BOX to keep water out of this underground box (the floor of which is enclosed around the top half of the underground poly water tank to prevent contamination of well water inside the poly tank)! ANY IDEA WHAT MATERIAL OR PRODUCT I SHOULD USE???

You may want to check with any of the material suppliers (Sika or whatever)... the actual tension force at the 'glueline' may not be overly large... a couple of psi translates into several hundred psf...
