Plastic sheathed bearing pins?

Plastic sheathed bearing pins?

Plastic sheathed bearing pins?

(OP)
I am looking for fasteners incorporating a low-friction, good wear, but pliable sheath (nylon perhaps?) over a metallic pin.  These pins would serve as joints in a mechanical linkage made of stamped parts.  The head of the sheath would be slightly larger than the bore into which it will be inserted to prevent the pin from falling out.  The sheath will also serve to take up the gap between the pin and bore diameter and give a tight fit.

Any direction would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Chris Hughes
