Underwater pipe with wave along the surface of the pool

(OP)
Dear Sir,
My problrm is a pipe underwater subjected to a pressure created bu th ewaves at the top of the pool.I am modeling this problem using gambit.I am not interested in the flow inside the pipe that is why i had to substract the pipe from th epool so i got a new volum ewhich is a brick with a hole inside .To mesh this model using hexahedra structure i had to create two other volume which are cylinders then substract the pool with the cylinders so i got three coneted volume. Now the model is ready to be meshed but i had to mesh the big volume first then the other two but as i  have told i had to mesh one of the cylinder first then the big volume and at the end the other cylinder.Do you have ani idea how i can m,esh this model to get the accurate results.
