User specific drafting frames

(OP)
Hi people

I´ve set up a CATDrawing with numerous frames in different sizes, now I don´t know how to set it up so I can insert the frames when I´m making a new drawing. Any suggestions?? would really appriciate some help.

Thanx in advance

RE: User specific drafting frames

Azrael,

Have you tried this:
In your new CATDrawing select File/Page Setup.
In the Page Setup window select Insert Background View.
In the Insert elements into a sheet window browse to the CATDrawing that you created then pick Insert.
Finally, click OK from the Page Setup window.

RE: User specific drafting frames

Hi,

Create empty drw files. In edit menu select background,
create your default titlebloks. Leave it in background
mode.Save the file as A0 temp. When u want to create
a new drw, use File->New and select A0 temp.

I made several drw files (A0 to A4). I use F->New Frm,
select which temp u wnt to use, change titleblok text
and save it with a new name. Then change to working view
Edit->Working View create ur drws.

Hope this help.
