Extract geometry-shaded view

Extract geometry-shaded view

Extract geometry-shaded view

(OP)
Hi,
I have a problem with shaded view of an extracted surface of a solid.
While it is in rotate, zoom or pan mode, I am getting a square and rectangle like shade on the screen for few moments after the mouse is being released.
This problem is only with the extracted surfaces.
When the solid is rotated, the shaded views are very sharp and clear.
Any solutions please. Anything with the configuration of default settings?

Thanks

There is a check box that when you rotate/zoom/pan models, they turn into blocks for faster refresh.

RE: Extract geometry-shaded view

hi Geo ,

as looselib said go to

preferences-->visualisation performance-->large model
in that there is a scroll.make it to minimum.
The scale will be 1-20.Make it to 1 .
U will not get the rectangle like thing ,

Thanx,
Karthikeyan.J

RE: Extract geometry-shaded view

Under "preferences-->visualisation performance-->large model" be sure that you don“t "have fixed frame rates" box checked. If the setting is turned it can cause lagging and boxiness due to lack of graphic power.
