line that i should switch it off in config file

RE: HOW TO AVOID THE BMP FILES WHICH IS BEING AUTOMATICALLY CREATED

I think removing the line  BitMap Size from config.pro will solve your problem.

RE: HOW TO AVOID THE BMP FILES WHICH IS BEING AUTOMATICALLY CREATED

Removing the bitmap_size option probably won't help, as its default value is 250.  Create or change the config.pro option save_bitmap to NONE - this will eliminate it at the source.  If this is occurring with drawings as well, make sure that SAVE_DRAWING_PICTURE_FILE is set to NONE, otherwise duplicate files are created when a drawing file is saved that allow viewers to view the files.
