SolidWorks tapping into Outlook???

SolidWorks tapping into Outlook???

SolidWorks tapping into Outlook???

(OP)
Not every time, but consistently, I get a message from Outlook when I start SolidWorks 2004 SP1.  The message indicates that a program is trying to access my e-mail list.  It doesn't happen with any other program.  Anybody else seeing this?

RE: SolidWorks tapping into Outlook???

You have your performance e-mail enabled.  What happens is SolidWorks creates a file of your SolidWorks activity and periodically e-mails a file to SolidWorks Corporation.  You can disable this "feature" by going to tools/options and unchecking the enable performance e-mail box.
