Thanks Ben,

what about the situation when I have an unparametrized model
and I need to reposition a feature, for ex a hole. How could I do this?

That is tha case where you need to plug the original hole and create a new one.

You should also look into the Direct Modeling tool set. They allow you to move this dumb geometry around, resize the holes, etc. Very useful tools.
