RFI SUPPRESSION IN PMDC MOTORS

(OP)
I HAVE A SPECIFIC QUESTION ON IMPACT OF BRUSH MATERIAL,BRUSH PROFILE ,SHAPE ON THE RFI SUPPRESSION PROPERTIES IN PMDC MOTOR.ANY TECHNICAL LEAD WILL BE USEFUL.
(EXPERTS FROM "CARBONE,MORGANITE,HAFFMAN "CAN THROW SOME LIGHT ON THIS??? IF IT IS NOT SECRET

RE: RFI SUPPRESSION IN PMDC MOTORS

Suggestion:
Any brush that has required properties and characteristics will minimize the EMI noise caused by PMDC.

Any circuitry or devices that will tend to eliminate DC spikes, overvoltages, dc harmonics, etc. would be helpful.
