PDM/Works Converting models from SW2003 to SW2004

PDM/Works Converting models from SW2003 to SW2004

(OP)
There appears to be a significant adavantage to updating the format of Solidworks documents to the latest version of Solidworks you currently run in the PDM/Works Vault. My question is - What is the best way to do this? I am already familiar with getting a copy of all the files from the vault, opening them with solidworks and checking them all in as children of an assembly.  I have also used an application called "UpRevXperts" which converts all the parts per project/folder. I am looking for other options.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

Sam,
Besure to download and use SP01 for 2004. Our company went from PDMworks 2004 back to PDMworks 2003 due to files disappearing in the vault. SP01 has this fix.
