Automatic Centerlines in DWGS

Automatic Centerlines in DWGS

Automatic Centerlines in DWGS

(OP)
How do you turn off the Automatic centerlines that are put in DWG's linking holes, arcs and patterns.  If you have a lot of holes, arcs or patterns this begins to look like a checkerboad staggered and copied several times on your drawing.  It would be a lot cleaner and easier to interpret with out all the centerlines!

RE: Automatic Centerlines in DWGS

Checkboxes under "Tools --> Options --> Document Properties --> Detailing --> Auto insert on view creation"

You may want to save these settings into your templates.

If the ladies don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

RE: Automatic Centerlines in DWGS

look over in the feature manager, in the upper right hand corner (after you selected centermark icon) you will see 3 icons with cetermarks in them.  Click on the 1st one, and this will delete the centerlines between the centermarks.  If you want this to be the default setting, you will need to save it (you drawing boarder) as a template file

RE: Automatic Centerlines in DWGS

RE: Automatic Centerlines in DWGS

How do you change the font of the centerlines between these holes? We would like the heavy line that is the same as the centerline you can draw manually.
Thank you

Bradley
