Hydraulically adjustable Tines

Hydraulically adjustable Tines

Hydraulically adjustable Tines

(OP)
Has anybody got a simple circuit for maintaining the pressure reasonably constant behind multiple tine cylinders, whilst accepting fluid (perhaps into an accumulator) when the ground conditions get harder and the cylinders are forced back. The pressure needs to be settable between 400 and 1400psi and the max allowable pressure is 1600psi. The fluid flow needed to be accepted is 2 litres. The flow supply is from tractor hydraulics.
thanks

RE: Hydraulically adjustable Tines

We use a Sun QCDB-LBN and a Sun RVEA-LAN to control an accumulator charge pressure on one of our products. You may need a relief valve to limit work induced pressures in the accumulator. This relief valve should be as close to the cylinder port and oversized for flow to keep stupid people from breaking things when they run into solid objects.
