(OP)
I am designing a medium rise bldg using combined footings due to property line restrictions. How do I consider the support conditions in this columns in my structural analysis? Can it be fixed or hinged support? Thanks.

RE: Support condtition of Concrete Columns with combined Footings

I think that the best solution is to model the footings as well. Even if they are only modelled approximately, the column fixity will be realistic.
